The Annual General Body Meeting of the association will be held on Saturday 8 August at the Community Hall, Fort, beginning at 10:30 am. Each affiliated school may send up to two representatives.
The agenda includes the annual report and accounts for 2025–26, ratification of the season calendar, and elections to two executive committee positions falling vacant this year. Schools wishing to move a resolution should send it in writing to the office at least ten days before the meeting.
