Fill in the form here — school details, a contact on your sports staff, and the first discipline you'd like to enter.

Office review
The office confirms your details and the executive committee ratifies the affiliation at its next sitting — usually within three working days.

Enter your teams
Once affiliated, submit team entries per discipline and age group. Fixtures, venues and officials are handled by the association.
Prefer paper? The signed affiliation form is on the downloads page — print, sign and hand it in at the office.
